The standard house offers one bedroom and one bathroom in approximately 44 sq.m. The contemporary Lanna house has a bedroom, living room, pantry and terrace, with approximately 60 sq.m of main space and 55 sq.m beneath the house. Both include air conditioning, a refrigerator, hot water and Wi-Fi.
Utilities and deposit
Previously listed utilities are 200 THB per person per month for water and 8 THB per electricity unit. Deposits are 12,500 THB for a standard house and 14,500 THB for a contemporary Lanna house. Confirm the contract, charges, deposit-return terms and included services before booking.
